24/7 automated delivery without human intervention.
Delivery point with internal stacking robot that handles packages up to 20 kg and delivers them in 6 seconds. Ideal for e-commerce, courier and retail operators looking for density, autonomy and a queue-free experience.
Complies with FEM 10.2.02, FEM 9.831 and FEM 9.512/9.311.
how does the APVZ work?
Seven steps describe the complete cycle - from the time the courier drops off a package until the customer picks it up - without human intervention at any point.
Shipment scanning
The courier scans the shipment number on the front panel of the locker.
Package measurement
The system measures height, width and weight to assign optimal placement.
Stacker robot
The internal robot picks up the package and places it in the assigned location.
Customer notification
SMS or email with unique collection code, valid for 72 hours.
Code scanning
The customer enters or scans his collection code on the panel.
Package delivery
The robot delivers the package through the airlock in 6 seconds.
Optional return
If the customer rejects, the system processes the return to the operator automatically.
Eight reasons why
works alone.
Space reduction
Up to 195 locations in less than 11 m² of floor space.
Less labor
Eliminates the need for personnel at the point of delivery.
No delivery charges
Single shipment to location; multiple customer pickups.
Customer loyalty
Pick up at any time, no waiting, no queues.
Integrated IP cameras
Continuous recording of each operation with six internal cameras.
High density
Compact vertical storage with robotic access.
Hasta 6 m de altura
Full utilization of available vertical space.
24/7 without interruption
Continuous operation without dependence on working hours.
APVZ system specifications.
Customized configurations available according to the customer's operational flow.
Four pieces that make autonomy possible.

System core
Transport trolley
Trolley adapted to the APVZ for the operator to prepare batches of packages prior to bulk loading of the locker.
Internal logistics
Work table
Ergonomic area where the operator scans, labels and loads packages into the system prior to storage.
Operator's area
Delivery airlock
Dual access compartment (operator ↔ customer) with presence sensors and automated mechanical locking.
Client interface
Conforms to major European standards.
The APVZ system was designed from day one according to FEM (Fédération Européenne de la Manutention) standards for automated storage systems.
FEM 10.2.02
Design rules for automated storage systems with static load support.
FEM 9.831
Tolerances applicable to stacker robots and their displacement within the structure.
FEM 9.512 / 9.311
Classification of operating regimes and dynamic loading criteria during service.
